The vector for the first few races yesterday was 350 degrees, a light breeze swinging wildly on either side of that. It faded, backed and we rotated the course. The eighth and last race saw the weather mark at 250 degrees and very light air. Right after we pulled the plug at 7:30 it backed further to 190 and, wouldn't you know, freshened as the fleet sailed in. It was a sweetheart evening, warm air, water gently rippled.

This is the largest turnout for an opening TESOD ever. Last year we had 12 Lasers. This year 20 and all the fleets sailing last night promise big numbers.
Kieran sold out of PASANDA COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY with FRAGRANT JASMINE RICE and several TESOD sailors repaired to Davis' later.
Next Tuesday we're going to do it again. First start's at six. Don't be late.
Ciao,
