To the chagrin of the CBYRA Race Week racers we had to schedule the much needed rain and accompanying big wind for their regatta so that this evening's TESOD would have perfect conditions. The air will be light until about 4:00 pm when it will pick up from the southeast and give us ten knots and more. It's going to be pleasantly in the 80's--mind you the water temperature has dropped considerably; now 72-- and the humidity will be low.
